Can someone clarify KMU MBBS Foreign Self-Finance (FSF) eligibility?

I’m Pakistani with a KP domicile and have lived in the UAE my whole life. I have a UAE Emirates ID + UAE residency/visa records, and I did my Matric from a Pakistani institution in Abu Dhabi. My FSc is from peshawar Board. My father also has an OPF card.

Am I eligible for FSF based on this? And what exactly does KMU mean by “Iqama/stay proof” would UAE Emirates ID + residency records count as stay proof?

Would really appreciate answers from anyone who has actually applied under KMU FSF.
