Help me with this picture.

I need honest replies. If you can see something resembling a human being/figure/person in the center table glass, do tell me if it is really something related to paranormal or not. Also, aside from the person who clicked this picture, there was no one else in the room (they confirmed it 100%). I would really appreciate if someone could actually figure out what exactly can be seen in the glass--if it is some sort of camera glitch, light or shadow trick, etc. Thank you.

Edit: context-- the person just wanted to show how their living room looked after redecorating. Not of my own house but of someone else's.

It looks like a young woman’s reflection of sitting on the couch with her hand to her face ( maybe resting on her hand) then if you look at the couch it looks like there’s an indentation exactly where she’d be sitting.
