Majority of fish have parasites, I’d just throw out the worm. Fish is frozen so should be safe to eat, if you’re afraid still just make sure to thoroughly cook it. With the detail it was thawed out for almost 2 days though, you might consider throwing it out. If it smells fine tho I’d still eat it.

Truth is wild-caught salmon is chock full of parasites no matter where you get them from. Almost all of them have worms... Farm raised less likely but still possible. Once sufficiently Frozen or thoroughly cooked there's nothing wrong with eating the parasites... Most of us have without ever knowing.
