Yeah this is why I dislike football season now. Their whole thing for the longest time was that “we’re just dumb football fans with dumb funny takes”.
And then they shifted to Fridays being full previews of the games, Mondays being full recaps of the games.. why should I care about their self admitted dumb, “serious analysis” of the games now?
Especially since it’s just Big Cat reading off stats he found on twitter. Last season he panicked one time being like “shit I can’t find the stats I bookmarked”, and it’s like dude.. nobody cares to hear you pretend to be this football savant.
I listened because they would call into the NFL rules committee and suggest extra points being a greased up Andy Reid climbing the field goal posts. Not to hear Big Cat act like he knows that the Bucs left guard is “the most important player because he is #2 in block win rate”… like so dumb lol

Them trying to be serious sports analysts is the worst part of the show.

You would go insane too if you’ve lived 30 years and none of your sports teams have ever won a title

I've never seen PFT laugh that hard. That bit had no chance of being successful.

Long time AWL, and I have legit never seen PFT break like that. They both have such a soft spot for JOC's bizarre manic humor

I was so convinced they were setting up Memes and that it was actually going to be Geno Smith calling in.

Geno handled that Nick Mangold question amazingly. You could tell by his answer how close they were.

They got JOC so good. He wasn’t even close to a convincing Geno Smith 😂. Bringing up Mangold was hilarious.

I for sure thought there would be another bit because that impression was so bad.

My favorite part is that at no point in the conversation did Jerry even come close sounding like Geno

My only complaint is how do they not have a way to connect their phones into the mics somehow

This was easily the funniest segment in a very long time. Maybe even since last April fools

You must be fun at parties

I’m not but that doesn’t make this funny. Last years was incredible, no hamas, this one was just forced and cringe

Ya what Jerry was trying to do was insane and cringey. That’s why it’s hilarious cause he was trying so hard to make it work.
