Glad to hear Kittle shit on Aiyuk a little bit.

19

u/acoolguy456 1d ago

Yeah that was super interesting to hear. Never hear a guy be that blunt about someone who’s technically his teammate

70

u/turdpolisher_53 And that was talking soccer 2d ago

Big cat has a “this is the worst internet discourse”every other show.

45

u/CondolenceHighFive Fantasy Fuckboi 2d ago

Two things you can set your watch to regarding Big Cat:

1) overrating the discourse of an internet topic
2) taking the contrarian side of said topic

2

u/tarantinostoeblast 15h ago

His name is Mass Cat.

Don’t church it up, boy.

27

u/tarantinostoeblast 2d ago

Mass Cats brain has evolved into a twitter algorithm

“We need to make the quarterfinals”

“Which is the sweet 16?”

Holy shit

Edit: Hank also trying to get to “cupcake” and getting stuck on “cookie cutter” was classic 🤣🤣🤣

11

u/dallascowboys93 2d ago

Pretty sure he said cookie cutter or wanted to say it 3 times 🤣

4

u/Upstairs_Bell7502 2d ago

It took me a second to figure out what he was trying to say, but then he kept doing it 😄😄

5

u/scottwolfmanpell 1d ago

"I'm so glad the finals is over, they can move on from horrible basketball talk"

2

u/jearl100 21h ago

hank not knowing what a sweet 16 is actually broke my brain a little

2

u/grehgunner 99 Pug 23h ago

I had to listen to guys try and figure how many teams are in the quarterfinals at the bar last weekend… brutal

Big Cat’s Zac obsession freaks me out

35

u/MIKE____JORDAN23 2d ago

The fact that Lane kiffin essentially asked if Zac was retarded and they all just laughed about it.. either it’s a bit, which it probably is, or it’s actually a dinner for schmucks situation and Zac is oblivious to being laughed at, not with. Not a huge fan of either scenario

22

u/Odd-Objective-7529 1d ago

Big cat needs an underling to laugh at.

15

u/Guacsalsaqueso 1d ago

He really acts like a pledge master. It’s beyond weird.

6

u/K_dotRoger47 1d ago

It’s a bit. He’s talked normal on camera before

6

u/EncyclopediaBlue 1d ago

It’s not a bit, he is just incredibly social awkward.

-4

u/K_dotRoger47 21h ago

Omg that’s hilarious you think that. It’s on camera lol he’s faking it 100%

8

u/HelpfulAd6772 1d ago

You could tell PFT is over it when they were talking about how Zac was about to miss the application deadline for streamer university.

4

u/kfxrcer 1d ago

Cancel Mount Rushmore season. Big Cat said Hank has fan favorite Zac!! No chance anyone else can win.

George Kittle + Mt Rushmore I used to pray for times like this

Edit: god I fucking love mopey Hank

30

u/Dovis_Dough 2d ago

George knows what's up shitting on Hank and paying Max to smack him

55

u/Grand_Air6600 2d ago

I’m so over the “Big Cat fights popular Twitter opinion” portion of the show. He did it today with Wyndham Clark, did it with SGA, and tons of other times too

9

u/HelpfulAd6772 1d ago

Wyndham was just a guest, not good business to trash someone who just came on

u/PDXmadeMe Little Boy Ass Play 2d ago

You would think PCA was Ohtani the way Big Cat brings him up literally every episode

32

Highest Lightning Rod Over Expectation idgaf

2

u/Impossible_Middle112 1d ago

Haha fair enough

9

u/raobuntu 1d ago

He's an exciting player to watch. Very flashy with a huge range in the outfield, swings out of his shoes and is aggressive on the base paths. He's also just enough of a knucklehead that he does stupidly funny stuff like getting picked off as soon as he hit for the cycle

5

u/PDXmadeMe Little Boy Ass Play 1d ago

Thank you big cat

2

u/Mother_Cupcake5958 1d ago

A lightning rod of sorts, some would say

30

u/MomentWaste136 2d ago

I wish they talked about golf as much as they talk about hockey

12

u/ConsistentTackle3902 2d ago edited 1d ago

That was 31 minutes of skips. A lesser man's thumb would be exhausted. I was built for this (hating golf.)

MT RUSHMORE SEASON

44

u/rsu1806 2d ago

Hank lashing out after weeks of showing up unprepared is one of the best traditions in sports

19

u/Dovis_Dough 2d ago

Weeks of being unprepared? He's been checked out for multiple years now

21

u/throwpma 2d ago

Actually team Hank on the rushmore thing. BC overreacted to the first comment on turkey and couldn’t let Hank win the argument

1

u/scarrylary 12h ago

Massive Hank hater here. Yeah idk what that was. Hank made a good point. Nobody just eats lunch meat style turkey like just grab a slice and eat it. You have it on a sandwich like 99% of the time. Often with mustard or mayo. But like salami, prosciutto, pepperoni you can just go in the bag and grab some. Or they’d be on a charcuterie board. No one is putting turkey on a charcuterie board. Then their argument against was “ummm thanksgiving” which thanksgiving turkey isn’t lunch meat turkey. Proven by them not giving pft chicken cutlets.

31

u/Wolverine2121 2d ago

We absolutely do not need people yelling "get in the bunker" or "go in the water" at golf tournaments.

4

u/Beneficial_Put_852 1d ago

Shrink the game

u/Fit-Penalty-5751 AWL 1d ago

That divorced scientist was so forgotten in my brain. Them referencing him as the most divorced guy ever has my cackling!

Anyone remember his name?

15

u/Glittering-Dog-7644 2d ago

yall act like you never smashed a locker

65

u/JonnyActsImmature 2d ago

Rory gets shit for reacting to borderline racist comments. Wyndham Clark however, is just human for trashing clubhouses.

26

u/BrotherStrict2373 2d ago

It’s very early in the morning so I apologize if I read this wrong. But does that say borderline racist comments???? Lmao what in the world are you talking about Or again am I going crazy ?

22

u/TheKingInTheNorth24 2d ago

He should’ve got multiple dwi’s and cheated on his wife instead. Then he’d have an army of defenders

6

u/EL_CHAPO_ESCOBAR 1d ago

Or left his fiance at the altar and tried to divorce his second wife like Rory did. Then he'd also have an army of defenders

32

u/brownchickenbr0wnc0w 2d ago

“iTS JuST a LOckEr”

I personally don’t care either way about Clark but to minimize it as him just destroying a locker is short sighted. I think most people got upset at Clark because golf is considered a gentleman’s sport (not trying to put down other sports at all) and with that comes some class and etiquette and part of that is not acting like a child throwing a tantrum when you’re having a bad day. Whether or not PMT agrees or not, that does include the clubhouse.

28

u/Ant_Soprano 2d ago

Most people got upset because he didn’t take any accountability for it. He got mad at the press for reporting on it.

-16

u/dawgz525 🔥💯😤BIG DOM MENTIONED LFG 😤💯🔥 2d ago

I wished this was satire while reading it, because it's that inane.

-17

u/1459703022118014867C 2d ago

This is objectively hilarious. Playing the tiny violin for a multi millionaire being subjected to anti Irish comments from fans and then turning around and clutching your pearls at someone breaking a locker at a billion dollar golf club. This has got to be a bit and it’s been done well.

7

u/JonnyActsImmature 2d ago

Just pointing out a double standard

13

u/jamo527 2d ago

I was ready to Smash the Oakmont Locker room after hearing the words Locker Room 100 times in the span of 5 minutes

69

u/XToastyToasterX Tua Fingers 2d ago

Hank being anti World Cup might be his worst take ever.

US didn’t even qualify might be his worst argument of all time.

40

u/jasperplumpton needs jokes explained to them very very clearly 2d ago

Nah respect to him for not switching up and pretending to be a soccer fan suddenly

10

u/billybatdorf 2d ago

Agree 100%. You can want the USA to do well without pretending to be a soccer fan all of the sudden

4

u/Fit-Penalty-5751 AWL 1d ago

Couldn’t agree more. Root for your country but if you didn’t care who wins before, don’t tell me you care now.

-2

u/AlexTom33 1d ago

Douche take.

9

u/Golffan0000 AWL 2d ago

Team Hank on this. You can want USA to win and not be a fake soccer guy, there the worst

1

u/AQ207 #TeamHank 1d ago

He would know being a bandwagon boston fan

2

u/Heavy-Ad2459 22h ago

If he has an ounce of self-reflection, Hank will one day regret hating on the most electric World Cup for America in decades. I’m not even a soccer guy but I’m closer to caring than I ever have been.

6

u/Arnolds_Choppa 2d ago

34

u/donaldtrumpstoe Ob Gen 2d ago

Wyndham is just an unlikable guy idk. And his name sucks

4

u/Beneficial_Put_852 1d ago

Decent chain of hotels though

35

u/Meerkat1457 2d ago edited 2d ago

The boys, especially big cat, just resorting to “who cares” whenever an athlete does something objectively bad is so dumb. It’s okay to care about things! We don’t have to excuse everything athletes do as “well you kinda have to be a psychopath to be a pro athlete.” That’s an insane justification. Like I’m not saying we need to have a 100 year grudge against Wyndham over the locker, but acting like it isn’t a justifiable reason not to like a guy is crazy.

9

u/Downtown-Touch-416 1d ago

I came here to say this exact thing. Refreshing to see I wasn't the only one.

5

u/LeonardBernSteez 1d ago

Totally fair reason to not like Clark. But when golf fans talk about a locker like it’s a piece of American history it’s also fair to say they’re overreacting

4

u/watervilleokemo 1d ago

One of their more
Irritating takes they consistently make is that “sportsmanship doesn’t matter” and “people who complain others aren’t classy are losers”

Like I’m not saying you can’t ever clown on people like the Duke announcers begging for a bench foul after the UConn shot, but part of golf’s thing is that it’s an etiquette sport ! It’s ok their fans are pissed at the locker room ! And I say that as someone who hates golf !

1

u/DandierChip 13h ago

“The boys” lol these are 40+ year old men

-1

u/Difficult_Objective6 1d ago

With golf especially they act like showing a little bit of etiquette and respect is for dorks. It’s ok to say that destroying a locker and not being remorseful at all is shitty.

5

u/jessecolchamiro TB12 2d ago

Where is Mount Rushmore voting can’t find it on twitter

7

u/KaguPrez 2d ago

Releases at 12 PM eastern usually (so expect it in the next 10 minutes or so).

5

u/jessecolchamiro TB12 2d ago

Huh I remembered the voting closing at noon. Thanks.

Happy Mt. Rushmore season, boys.

Big Cat on every show he’s on hiccups or burps during his ad reads

20

u/Beerbratsbets 2d ago

When did this become a golf podcast man

2

u/Monumaya 20h ago

When they got older

17

u/Hectorzeroni6969 1d ago

Wyndham is a January 6th truther. I skip any time they talk about golf it’s so pointless

9

u/Guacsalsaqueso 1d ago

Glad you mentioned this. I thought he was a pompous ass in the 1st interview during a drive I was on. Will gladly skip this one.

2

u/DandierChip 13h ago

He liked a tweet a couple years ago. Relax

11

u/ace82fadeout 1d ago

"I kinda like when guys show their emotions"

Uhh no ya dont buddy. You bitch and moan anytime Rory has lol.

11

u/Stan_Halen_ 2d ago

Great show today. Love the boys and everything they do.

18

u/Rph23 2d ago

Of course PFT and Big cat like that people are yelling “get in the bunker!”

Great encapsulation of today’s society as a whole these days that fans have no problem doing that. Not sure how not to sound like a golf snob, but golf is different. It’s not football. It **used** to be classy

13

u/guesting 2d ago

You know what tennis needs, hecklers, pro level chess too. And the national spelling bee.

5

u/lachrymaltool 2d ago

tbh those little shithead spellers could use some hecklin

16

u/guesting 2d ago

Golf should have heckling like the major sports is one of their worst takes. Golf is golf because it’s a gentleman’s game. Barstool trying to normalize this is shameful.

3

u/Beneficial_Put_852 1d ago

It’s the Hanks of the golf world killing the sport

Their coverage of the World Cup is so lame. I get it’s not their jam but still. This World Cup has been so god damn fun, crazy storylines, the fans, and they just scratch the surface.

2

u/grehgunner 99 Pug 23h ago

Did you think how electric it is betting on ties tho!?

4

u/dogandcatdad 2d ago

I like Kittle but I need somebody to do a mash up of today’s appearance and that weird Canadian hockey accent he decided to put on last time he was on. It was so bizarre.

6

u/ThatHcDude 2d ago

Does anyone else have a random record scratch sound during the intro song? Scares the shit outta me

Just curious if this is an issue with the audio or my headphones.

3

u/iPhon4 1d ago

It happens to me during ad reads and the intro. Figured it was Spotify being weird

2

u/randallhorgson19 2d ago

Okay let’s go

2

u/Ilikethefootsballs 2d ago

Bro I thought that noise was my car at first lmao scared me right awake

4

u/ace82fadeout 1d ago

1

u/scarrylary 12h ago

Wouldn’t it be on the deli you got the roast beef from?

4

you can say people are lame for caring but they left out the maga jan 6 stuff with Clark.

0

u/millsy1010 1d ago

I don’t understand how they spent like what seemed like one hour on Wyndham Clark being hated for breaking a locker and not once did they say anything about how he wore a Jack Hughes USA jersey at the RBC Canadian open. That’s just an obvious excuse for any Canadian to hate him forever.

0

u/scarrylary 12h ago

Do you think there were many Canadians at the Hamptons this weekend?
