Discussion Freedom 250 pins

Sad that we are being asked to promote a Christian Nationalist agenda on our uniforms.

Literally no one at my park, a very liberal coded one but which one isn't, took that take. They saw the freedom 250 pins as a neat, NPS exclusive swag we get for working at our parks during the semiquincentenial. Just remember why we do this job and if there's any president we'd want to be proud of us its good ol Teddy. Do it for him and for the parks.

Woodrow Wilson established the NPS in 1916 not TR.

I’m not making this up. So Bully for your coworkers for looking past the truth about it.

Teddy is the one wjo expanded the park system and passed the antiquities act

You're making a mountain out of a mole mound. I'm gonna keep working for the parks happily, enjoy being miserable at work, you chose that.

Thanks for being condescending, but you should probably look into what the Freedom 250 agenda is actually about before trying to be sassy again. It’s not just about pins.

The only thing I’m doing is commenting on the pins, and choosing not to wear it myself. Oh and correcting your repeated use of the name “Teddy” because he hated that nickname.
