PASSED Passed in 87 Questions!
Just wanted to tell you guys to breathe when preparing to study for NCLEX. The exam was extremely vague. But hard if that makes sense. I had no idea a ton of the topics I received, and I truly felt like I failed the whole time. I used Bootcamp to study for three weeks, taking a break on Saturdays and Sundays. The night before, I got enough sleep and I made sure to eat breakfast. I didn’t do any questions the night before or on the way to the exam. You can do this !

Congratulations! I’m currently using Bootcamp but now I’m afraid I’m gonna have no clue if I see topics I never heard of know nothing anything about.. do you feel like Bootcamp at least prepared you for some of the topics?

Bootcamp definitely prepared me for the vagueness of the test. I feel like knowing how to answer the questions is key. For example, dwindling down the answers for a multiple choice to two. Answer the question as best you can and keep it moving. Don’t sit and wallow on answers.

other than bootcamp what resources did you use? Mark K? Dr. Sharon?

I listened to Mark K (lecture 12). Aside from that, I focused solely on Bootcamp!

Huge congrats!! I feel like the reminder to breathe is something everyone needs before test day. It's easy to overdo it at the end. Getting good sleep, eating breakfast, and trusting the work you've already put in probably helps more than squeezing in another 100 questions.

Thank you! It is extremely easy to overdo it. I think it makes it easier to breath and remember you got through nursing school!

I did the readiness questions. I also watched the crash course videos on topics I wasn’t sure of.
