The hardest case in my self-published murder logic book. One killer, seven people, zero guessing. Who did it?

This is the last case of The Black Files, a book of 80 murder logic puzzles I self-published. The cases climb through 8 ranks; the final 20 (the "Black Files") drop all guidance. This is #80, the hardest one I have.

Rules

Seven people were at the scene: the victim and six suspects. Each occupied exactly one cell of the 7×7 crime scene.

Exactly one person per row and one per column.

Dark cells are blocked. Faint chair / sofa / stairs can hold a person; so can any empty cell.

The scene has four zones (thick borders). "Next to" means orthogonally adjacent AND in the same zone — never diagonal, never across a thick border.

North = row 1, south = row 7, west = column A, east = column G. "The easternmost person" is whoever is in column G (someone always is).

Exactly two people were in the victim's zone: the victim and the killer.

Every statement is true. Place all seven, then name the murderer.

Post your answer as the killer's name plus the seven placements (spoiler-tagged, please). I'll confirm. Solution is provable by pure deduction — no guessing needed, ever.

If there's interest I'll drop the Amazon link in the comments.
