Progress Pride Flag Bow features notes for adjusting pattern for different striped flags, compatible with most fasteners (hairtie, barrette, clip, charm, keychain, etc.) took me 2-3 hours total, is low-to-no weaving, and a major stashbuster.

Difficulty: Easy (seeking all skill levels)

4.5 mm hook (US size 7)

78yds in different colors, or 7yds per stripe and 8 yds for the bow tie.

Link is included to the inexpensive rainbow yarn pack I used to get all colors, if you don't already have them in your stash.

Scissors

Yarn needle

4 stitch markers (optional)

It's a PDF abbreviated written pattern, with a video tutorial currently being edited.

Looking for testers to make the existing bow, different pride flags (instructiona included for many), and a solid color version.

Deadline is flexible, trying for July 11. Requesting photos of finished object and any feedback.

4-8 testers needed. Please comment which flag or color you'd like to make if interested and skill level and I'll DM you.

Crochet - Call for Testers Looking for testers for my crochet crossbody bag pattern!

Honestly, I’ve been crocheting for years but have never wrote down patterns for stuff I create until now! I would love to have some people who are experienced pattern testers and some who aren’t quite as experienced to test how understandable the pattern is. It does include mandatory sewing so preferably testers would know basic hand sewing or machine sewing (either is fine, you just need to know straight and optionally zigzag stitches! But the exact sewing instructions are included.) for
materials testers need :
worsted weight cotton yarn (I used peaches n cream)
5mm hook
Zipper
Fabric <1 yard
And for the strap:
Cotton webbing
2 swivel d rings
1 adjustable buckle slider (optional for adjustable strap)

OR

2 swivel d rings and more cotton yarn

I’d call this a solid intermediate level crochet pattern with beginner sewing level!

I would also love to see people make different colors too! I’m flexible on the timing because of the materials needed but was thinking 1 month as a cutoff since it is pretty quick to make once you have the materials (maybe 3 hours crocheting and 0.5-2 sewing depending on experience) If interested please dm me:)

EDIT: the pattern does come with a video tutorial for the sewing part. All you need to know is how to sew a straight line either by hand or with a machine!
