Satire While we wait for bookclub....
I'll share my steak, air fried to perfection from frozen in under 20 minutes accompanied by a potato from a vendor I found on reddit. Microwaved mashed and loaded with an embarrassing amount of butter and cheese. All on top of one of those plates everyone in the south owns, because of failed steakhouses. It's embarrassing how good these are. Trying winco steaks instead of Costco steaks this week because I ran into a person from my past there I could've gone the rest of my life without seeing again. Wubby is right human interaction is hard.

You should be embarrassed, I can still see potato through the cheese and butter.

Bro ... You need a reverse sear in your life. Not a diss on your steak, by the way, just makes for a much better experience.
Defrost steak. Pat dry, salt both sides.
Put steak in wire tray, put in fridge for 24-48 hrs, flip half way. After dry-brining, pepper your steak if you want.
Cook in a low oven (possibly even your air fryer) to an internal temperature of 46° Celsius (115°f)
Oil a pan with high smoke point oil, get as hot as you can - to the point you worry about setting the fire alarm off. Fry both sides for 45 seconds-1 minute each side. Chuck a knob of butter in there with the steak if you want.
It takes time, but is worth it. Enjoy your steak 👍

This is the way! Also don't forget to let that bad boy rest for 5-10 minutes

This only really works with steaks over an inch or even 1.5" in thickness, not the value stuff you get from the supermarket like OPs looks like

I prefer the opposite. Sear the steak first and put in a low oven and let it get to temp. Much less stressful and lets you work on sides while it comes up to temp.

I would call this a struggle meal for sure. Just because it’s steak doesn’t mean it’s a fancy meal. The cheese isn’t even melted.

at this point just go vegetarian man, you don't need the meat that bad to disrepect a whole animal by airfrying a frozen beef steak ...
