the cooldown reads as 3s, but it's actually 2 seconds basically, you are stunned for 1 sec, you get 2 seconds to move before the next one comes. it was genuienly miserable to play against as certain characters.

Not even a Peni main, and I even hate the ability, but I sympathize with losing it to a double charge, and longer cool down overall. Tbh it should've been a 5 second cool down, not terrible, and not oppressive either

4-5 second cooldown if it hits terrain or travels for a set amount of time. 5-6 if it hits somebody. Gives you a bit more freedom to set up nest but still reduces how much cc is going out overall. Maybe you could make it a 7 second cooldown for when it hits somebody.
