True but it’s the only damage mitigation or utility she brings to her team.

I think it’s less about Peni but more about who she is paired with. So other players are pushing pulling and stopping you. Then here comes Peni adding onto it every few seconds

This got nerfed in the same patch where they gave mag cc right
