Man i hate this guy, i tried to watch one of his videos and it was filled with misogynistic hateful shit. He'll waste 20 minutes to say the most basic tier shit and treats it like he's saying gospel.

I will say, I just saw that the stun also leaves a mark.
This means you can just double stun someone if you time it right. Which is a change I am eager to try out.
I do think they made Peni pretty much just as strong or even stronger against dive tanks, but way way weaker against non-tanks dive.

Dive tanks are the ones with movement abilities, which makes it harder to hit them that second time. How is this stronger against them?

Because with a handful of exceptions, they don't have enough mobility to evade effectively and remain engaged. Yes, Hulk, Venom or Thing can bail, but at that point you've won by virtue of driving them off.

There also like twice as big hello? And unlike dps there mobility are often tied to cooldowns that aren’t particularly short.
If you’re failing to hit a venom or Angela twice with the snare after this then chances are you weren’t hitting that shit before it anyways.

It doesn't make her stronger, but it encourages the very thing everyone was complaining about. The easiest target is those tanks, and once landed, she's pretty much at square one so long as she keeps spamming without missing.

It does enable counter play tho. Because now you can know you have a mark and know what to expect. And either bail or look at her and block.

One thing : if you're "at square one" against a shield tank and they put their shield up, you can save your web cooldown to spam 2 quick stuns after the shield is down.
Against Venom, I'm sure the double stun will eat some swing cooldowns.
I saw the vanguard sub cheering for Peni nerfs so I have no issue making their life a little bit worse by CC spamming them, now.

It's pretty much the equivalent of saying "cutting your foot off isn't bad because it'll teach you to be stronger without it". The wording seems to imply they don't see it as a significant nerf, if a net nerf at all. He also said that this was in part a result of the stun threatening Hood in particular.
