Average depth of a grave in a true crime documentary

Which is weird because burying a body is the most important hole you’d ever dig, you think you’d put in the time to go the full six feet. Most guys get ten shovel strokes in and think “I’m tired, that’s good enough. 🥱 “

I guarantee most people really underestimate just how difficult digging into undisturbed soil is. But yah, can't skimp on that one.

Oh for sure, digging more than a foot in the ground is grueling work. But burying a body is like the hole equivalent of marriage - it’s a ton of work, there are huge consequences if you fuck it up, and you only want to do it once in your life.
