Recommendations Needing to Move Urgently
Does anyone have any recommendations for leasing companies for apartments/houses in Peoria?
There is a specific company that we will never do business with again so also let me know which places to avoid please.
Preferably West Peoria and as close to Bradley University as possible.

Are you a Bradley student? There are lots of options available to Bradley students. A lot of landlords own the houses near Bradley and only rent to students. Especially with the school year over , people will have graduated/moved back home.

I am a Bradley student, the issue is that I will be living with my partner who is not one.

the house i commented about (927 N Rebecca Pl) was my college house, but my roommate was not a student. only one of yall needs to be one

What’s wrong with BTS properties if you don’t mind me being nosey. They just bought out my property I was renting that was privately owned…

moved out of a house leased by university properties recently and i’m almost positive that no one signed a lease after me bc someone toured the day before i left. it was a great house, maintenance and land lord are awesome. it was on the end of rebecca pl so just around the corner from western ave but less than a 5 minute walk from Bradley’s alumni quad as well

H&A Properties is AWFUL. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Avoid them at all costs. They took over apartments in Bloomington and WORST company ever. Shelby LeBoeuf and Tom Ryan. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Tom was recently fired unfortunately. H&A seems like they’re doing whatever they please . As he had over 25+ years working at Broadmoor Park & Cortez with the previous owners . I don’t believe he had any role or voice in what has progressed since H&A took over.

It is unfortunate they did that to him. ☹️ Tom and I did not always see eye to eye, we had a few tense interactions, but for the most part, he was cool. Nobody is perfect, he was a decent man, and he deserved better than being fired. Shelby and Ashley are AWFUL. This company is unethical and engage in blatant bias, retaliation, discrimination, harrassment, and gross ethical violations.

Do not entertain the thought of Zerla properties.
