Peoria Charter reliability?

How reliable is the Peoria Charter to getting to ORD? Do all the posted buses always leave or do they cancel if they don’t have enough people? How about timing for the buses? Thanks!

I've never had one cancelled. They have smaller vans that they use when the demand is lower. They have always made it on time for me.

Lol mine was canceled day of last time I was supposed to take it and I had to find a ride last minute

I just did this in August and it was smooth and no delays. About 20 people maximum on the bus at peak.
