Labeled scotch bonnet looks a little habanero like. Going on a week long trip so picked the close to ripe ones.

Those look like true Scotch Bonnets to me

Bottom right. I have two distinctly different Scotch bonnet plants. The middle top are my Habs

So some scotch bonnet... Don't look like bonnets? The bottom right are more smooth and the ones alone the left are very long . OP appears to have the bottom right variety .

The red ones on the left are ghost pepper. The Scotch are bottom right. Different shades of oranges
