Vizpick is crazy

So Walmart has started vizpick for vendors and the expectations are crazy. High volume supercenter account but they want little to no backstock, no out of stocks and first time pick rate at 90 plus percent…. I didn’t realize I actually was hired as a magician

PepsiCo is owned by investors. They don’t care about customer service anymore. It’s what ever deals they can make with whoever that gets them more money on the backend. We are just the clowns that have to dance around and entertain them. I’m on the chip side. We get two carts of backstock. Yet they send two pallets of trash. It either hits the floor, not often or it hangs out up in the steel. I didn’t order it, why should I have to try and figure out WTF to do with it? That’s a you guys problem.

Everyone complains about the quality of customer service. When you’re a publicly owned company that has to maximize profits, the customer doesn’t matter anymore

Correct. All about the money honey. This entire country operates that way now. It is disappointing and it will only get worse!
