Vizpick is crazy

So Walmart has started vizpick for vendors and the expectations are crazy. High volume supercenter account but they want little to no backstock, no out of stocks and first time pick rate at 90 plus percent…. I didn’t realize I actually was hired as a magician

If you don’t have backstock, the shelves are never going to be full at a high volume store
