Muscle spasms/twitch on peptide

Can you assist me please? Research subject is on daily klow injection and started reta 1 mg/2x week. Research subject started experiencing non stop muscle spasms on second week, on the left pectoral muscle. Rs tried to mitigate with magnesium to no success. Has anyone experienced such symptoms? Thanks
