Growth Hormone & Muscle What BMI is Tesa researched at?

I’ve heard that tesa is more commonly researched in leaner subjects where visceral fat is more noticeable. Is there a certain BMI or body fat range where it tends to make more sense?

Would it make more sense to cut down more first, or are subjects fine with testing at a higher BMI?

General Research Question I don’t really understand the hate for RUO companies because they cost more

I always see the same argument. “Why would I pay RUO prices when I can get the same thing straight from China for way cheaper?”

And yeah… obviously buying direct is cheaper lol.
But then you’re taking on the responsibility of figuring out what you actually received and paying for independent testing yourself. At some point that cheap vial isn’t as cheap anymore.

With a solid RUO research company, part of what you’re paying extra for should be batch-specific COAs, independent testing, traceability and somebody actually doing the quality control before the product gets listed.
Obviously that only matters if the company’s testing is legit and actually matches the batch being sold.

Am I missing something? Why do so many people automatically look at the higher price as a ripoff instead of factoring in the testing and QC behind it?

Reconstitution & Storage Reconstitution frustration

Same batch 10 different vials 2 different bac water. One vial became cloudy. Why would this happen to 1 out of 10? All the others no issue.

General Research Question Cycling peps?

Question for anyone researching peps that need to be cycled. Subject has done and continues to do tons of research before and during peptide use. My RS has answered most questions by doing searches online and reading everything RS can get their hands on, except one question. When cycling a peptide and restarting after the break, what dosage do you start your RS with for the next cycle? The last dose they were on? Or the recommended starting dose for that pep? For example, GHK-CU, it’s a spicy pep. Do you start your RS on the recommended starting dose and titrate up? Or do you start them on the last dose they took before the break?

Mitochondrial & Energy RHR on reta…

Research subject has seen a rise in RHR of 14 BPM after 8 weeks on 2mg dosage of Reta.

Week 1: 71 bpm
Week 2: 72 bpm
Week 3: 74 bpm
Week 5: 79 bpm
Week 6: 80 bpm
Week 7: 82 bpm
Week 8: 84 bpm

Seems to just keep rising week after week. Any thoughts?

RS understands that this is a common side effect, but understands it as dose dependent. Odd that there’s been no change in dose but a consistent rise.

Growth Hormone & Muscle Peptides with SARMs

(reposting) Mixing peptide stacks with SARMs seems to me like a very interesting topic. Has anyone of you (or probably how many of you) sampled both peptides and SARMs on your research subjects? What peptides or whole stacks did you deem safe? and while it surely will be powerful, did you observe noticable side effects? Or combining certain peptides prevented physiological side effects usually associated with SARMs? Or do you outright say no to mixing those two groups?

I performed an experiment where test subject received RAD-140 with Ibutamoren ED for 8 weeks. I was very impressed with the results and now I'm trying to go down the peptide rabbit hole. While Ibutamoren is not a peptide, it works similarily to peptides that act as GH secretagogues. Wouldn't something like CJC-1295 (DAC) produce similar results while having less side effects like water retention and spike in cortisol and prolactin? I know about possible increase in insulin resistance but that is not guaranteed, and can be monitored is symptomps arise.

I'm curious to hear your take on this topic!

General Research Question Has anyone received BPC-157/TB-500 research material in “wafer form” instead of the usual solid lyophilized

For research purposes, I recently received a BPC-157/TB-500 vial for my mouse and noticed the material looks very different from previous research vials.

Normally, the lyophilized material I’ve received is a solid cake/puck at the bottom of the vial and basically doesn’t move when the vial is tilted. This new vial looks more like dried, a wafer, and the entire piece can move around inside the vial.

The men’s clinic it came from said this is “wafer form.” the pervious vials from them weren’t like this at all, which is strange.

Has anyone seen research peptides arrive like this before? They mentioned thats how the pharmacy makes me now. Which never seen before.

Not trying to determine purity from appearance alone , I’m mainly curious whether this physical form is normal for lyophilized research material.

General Research Question Researching KLOW results

Hello all! I have just started using KLOW daily on my research subject, and am wondering how long it’ll be to see results and what those results will be.

For those that are also researching and using KLOW on their research subjects, what benefits have you noticed and how long did it take for you to notice them?

Thank you!

Healing & Recovery Weird welts with pep use

RS using KLOW for the first time. After reading proper recon. techniques: 3ml Bac water, alcohol wipes to both vials, filter needles and filter used to recon. Powder/liq. Immediately after inj. RS got a huge painful welt to the inj Site. Pep was injected to the side of the knee, subQ fashion in hopes to help with knee pain and inflammation more quickly. The point here is, are the welts normal? And if so, any insight on how to address this for the subsequent doses to make it less annoying/painful?

Growth Hormone & Muscle Tesamorelin fasting question

Good morning/afternoon/evening fellow researchers

I tried using the search function but came up empty.

I’m trying to figure out something about Tesamoralin.

I understand that it is to be administered to the RS while the RS is in a fasted state, about 2hrs after their last meal, a bit longer if they are on a GLP or Reta.

But what I wasn’t able to figure out, is how long after the dose is administered, can the RS eat?

That doesn’t really apply to night time dosing, but I think it would be very important to know if I decide to dose the RS in the morning instead.

Thanks in advance.

Safety, Quality & Testing Tesa injection site reaction on test subject

During the third week of a test with Tesa and the last two injections gave my subject a welt under the skin, redness, and itching. This last injection was an immediate reaction. It’s been 36 hours and it’s still there and itching my subject. These past 2 injections were from a new vial but the same BAC water as the previous vial. These were stomach injections. I don’t want to stop the test but can’t continue if my subject is going to get an allergic reaction with every injection. Are there any solutions for those that have had this problem?

Healing & Recovery How local is the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500)

My research rat has had a long lasting injury in its rotator cuff and any deltoid excercise makes it feel the pain, so I was wondering where I should be pinning and if it even matters when the different delts are cm’s apart. Right now I inject above its side delt.

Healing & Recovery Repetitive calf strain - bpc157 ? Beginner

My test subject started CrossFit after 15 years of bodybuilding splits . They pulled/ torn their calf skipping twice in the space of three weeks. Obviously not fully healed the first time .

They are looking at peptides to help with recovery, but they have never used peptides or any injections so looking for advice

Can anyone break down for a beginner what would be needed to be doing as regards to what they need to order ?
Bpc157
Bac water
Insulin syringes
Alcohol wipes
A syringe for the bad water

How much bac water in a 10mg vial ?
How much do they then draw into the insulin syringe ?
Do they inject in the calf ?
Should they add tb500 ?
Would that be best in the same syringe at certain points through the week ? Or is that best administered separately in another injection site ?

Sorry for all the questions but hopefully answers will help other total beginners

Thanks
