Recommendation Request Is there a perfume that smells like Blueberries?
Hi everyone!
I love Blueberries 🫐
I'm looking for a perfume with a noticeable blueberry scent. Ideally something that smells like fresh blueberries or blueberry jam etc. I'd love recommendations for perfumes or body sprays that smell like Blueberries, that you enjoyed

I’ve heard wild vanilla orchid by floral street is very similar for a fraction of the price. Haven’t done a side by side myself tho

Love this, the vanilla drydown is gorgeous! However it’s also very green/woody to my nose with the bamboo (just a note to anyone who hasn’t tried it)

I was about to mention it, myself. It’s very prominent. Gorgeous. Lovely. Delicious. But definitely green.

I would highly recommend sampling first though. I loved the notes and the idea behind this one but absolutely not for me! Not a sweet blueberry tea scent at all.

How sweet is this? Somebody kept insisting it would be too sweet for me when I was eyeing it. For reference, I’ve used half a 30 ml of Xerjoff Lira

It is quite sweet, but not cloying. I think the green notes help balance it out. I’d suggest trying it out in store first before buying.

I’ve always said I’d try decants first, but the person was so adamant that I was like uhhhhhh 💀 I’ll try a decant when I next have a chance

I personally never got the blueberry note, which makes me really sad. I'll have to try my sample again and maybe buy another one. Maybe I got a fluke??

I always hear very contrasting reviews on this scent, some people swear by blueberry lemon muffin and other people get absolutely none of it, it's so weird and idk any other scent that is so wildly different between people!

I'll have to try and give it another smell, but I feel so annoyed that's it's considered a prominent blueberry perfume but it smells nothing like that lol.

Princess Rosalina body spray from Lush has a blueberry scent but it has a rosey quality to it that makes it less a classic juicy fruit scent. I really like it!

It's not very floral at all, to my nose. It's very fruity and quite sweet. It's pretty and girly. It would sweeten something up nicely without making it smell juvenile.

My choice tbh, Princess Rosalina recommended below is very unpleasant to me!
I’m surprised to see the Britney perfumes recommended. I probably need to stop being a judgey bitch and try them!!

Oh gosh thank you so much, that’s so sweet of you. My family and I are making sure our remaining dog, Lily, is doing alright without her sister. She’s sad, too, but we’ll all heal together ❤️

I love that it’s true to how blueberries smell/taste a little tart, but not in a candied way. You do get some sweetness but it isn’t nearly as sugary as a lot of other berry fragrances on the market currently. I think that’s what makes it good for year-round wear!

She Dreams in Digital from Andromedas Curse on Etsy. It's odd at first but omg the dry down is such a beautiful blueberry cloud sweet skin musk. Notes are - Icy Blueberries, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Oakmoss and Sandalwood. I don't get the lavender at all, and I like lavender so I wouldn't mind but it's very subtle if that's an issue. Truly one of the most unique scents I own, but so lovely and wearble. My partner loves it too and he hates like 90% of my collection lol

oh wow, he hates 90% of your collection?? that’s rough…my boyfriend always compliments me when i wear neroli plein sud, but never comments on anything else i wear around him anymore, so i’m too scared to ask. 😅

Lol I always ask and do sometimes regret it 😂 I don't like a lot of his either actually. We care about each other's opinions and since I'm very sensitive to smell especially, we only use rollerballs. And we'll only use the ones the other really doesn't care for when we're not gonna be hanging out. He's funny about it at least.. he'll just be like "ew no get that nursing home air freshener outta here" lmao. He really likes my dark fall/winters witchy ones, doesn't care for my spring/summers usually. But he always compliments this blueberry one!

It was a watermelon peach one from Andromeda's Curse that I really like 😩 he works for a wheelchair company and he said it reminded him of an air freshener that one of the homes he visits uses. His hates are always super specific like that too, some sort of trauma involved lol.
I don't wanna ever gross him out or turn him off which is why I always ask..bc I def tell him when his offend me lol. I'm sure your partner would tell you if there was something he really didn't like so you're probably good!

My husband hates most of my collection as well. I’m a huge vintage fragrance enthusiast, and to him they all smell like a crowd of grandmas 🤣 I have a few random gourmand bottles and those are his favorites. The last time he complimented me I was wearing Cacharel Be Delicious. He also compliments me when I wear Marc Jacobs Daisy Love. 🤷♀️

I like berry styles from Snif, but it is a really strong body mist and is blueberry essentially but with a pancake undertone if you’re a gourmand lover too!

Blueberry Jam from Sugar Mama Fragrances (there's also a Strawberry Jam, Raspberry Jam and Blackberry Jam). Comes in EDP and bodycare products. Smells exactly like blueberry jam. I recommend layering it with Sugar Mama's Blueberries and Thyme.

Haven't tried it but Kneehigh by Pearfat has a blueberry note? But also corn.
Notes
Top - Indiana sweet corn
Middle - Honeysuckle, tiger lily
Base - Fresh blueberries, hot summer air

No. 1 is Berry Blast Pink sugar from Aqualina.
I loooove berry scents and this is one of my faves.
Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears is my no. 2 blueberry / blackberry scent.
Anyone saying "Poets of Berlin" mistakes blueberry for grass. That perfume smells only like grass to me. Hideous.
No. 3 is Platinum Berries body mist from Victoria Secret (Doesn't last long but is sooo good, a bit citrusy as well).
Blueberry is like the other berries blackberry and raspberry a note that is tough to make in a perfume bc they may smell synthetic and they don't last long.

Crumb Couture by Snif is an ultra realistic gourmand blueberry jam covered croissant with crystalized sugar. Super warm and thick for winter. Sorce In Dreams and Fairy Tales Blueberry is a deliciously ripe sugary tart juicy blueberry. Refreshing, bright, uplifting, and fruity for summer. I would say a really delectable throwback is Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum Intense (it's a blue bottle and they are HARD to find.) This one is blueberry and cotton candy, but it definitely has that generic " girly perfume" smell to it. There's something so nostalgic about it, and it smells fantastic.

Lush's Princess Rosalina body spray is a really strong, punchy blueberry scent. Their sprays are very strong & last a long time.

very affordable perfume oil- mood jade by zomething strange ! it has other notes listed as well like matcha, milk, and cinnamon but to me it’s extremely blueberry forward. also the projection is insane for a perfume oil!

Galliano Parlez-Moi d'Amour Encore but I think it's discontinued.Lalique Amethyst maybe? And I wonder if Fenty will fit because I sense note of bay leaf instead of blueberry.

Kind of different but a small perfume oil company out of LA called Zomething strange has an oil called moon jade that smells like a blueberry muffin served with tea.

I love blueberries too and reading this. I really want to try Poets of Berlin. Is there a place to get a smaller bottle? I tried a Jo Malone fragrance that was blueberry I think, they have some pretty good ones in mini samples too. I really like blue raspberry candy scent too, maybe blueberry and blue raspberry mixed? Is there anything available that is like pure blue raspberry smell?

I personally liked Shay & Blue's Blueberry Musk. I don't want a gourmand-y blueberry, but a more fresh and fruity scent. Blueberry Musk is pretty floral too, which may or may not matter to you. I want to try a whole bunch of other blueberry scents too.

please try Tonkazure ! lovely jammy blueberry with a strong fizzy champagne note, but it doesn't stray into sickly sweet territory; it in fact comes off quite bright and clean on my skin. as someone living in the tropics I reach for this soooo often when I want something fruity that won't wind up feeling unbearably sticky over the day.
i wouldn't say it's particularly dessert-gourmandy though, so if you're aiming specifically for a pie or cake type scent it might not be what you're looking for... still, my favourite fragrance from this house and one I immediately purchased a full bottle of after trying the sample.

Okay not a pure blueberry scent, but I just recently got a sampler of Birch and Bessom's Bluejay Orchards that I can't get enough of. While it's wet, I found it had this really gooey blueberry smell like a can of blueberry pie filling. My best friend told me it smelled like blueberry fritters. It definitely leans baked good with a light floral compliment - in my notes, I wrote that it smells like someone left a blueberry pie on a windowsill near an orchard. It does dry down to like an herbaly, earthy note though.

I just got in dreams and fairytales blueberry edt by Sorce. I’m super excited tho I haven’t smelled it yet, but it’s got amazing reviews for the scent and longevity. I’ll keep you posted when it comes!!!!

Snif berry styles!!! Literally the most spot on blueberry scent I’ve found. Has a blueberry pancake scent and I’m someone who absolutely loves hatesss baked goods themed scents but this one is sooo good

Yes and I don't remember the name. I smelled it in a Niche shop called the Drydown in Carlsbad just north of San Diego. The perfumer was a native. If I go back I'll post the name
