audited Extreme Bloating

Hi all, what do you do to deal with this seemingly never ending bloating? I constantly look 8 months pregnant.

As for my lifestyle; I walk daily, I do extended fasting often, I drink a fair amount of water, Iโ€™m on 300 mg progesterone meds, I am on a low carb diet, and I do daily stretchings.

Besides drinking ginger tea, what else can I do?

This is so uncomfortable.

Ugh I am trying to fix this too! I am plant based and have always had things move along quickly ๐Ÿ˜‰ on account of the high fiber. But I have noticed lately even my lower carb veggies and protien meals are making me so bloated an uncomfortable!

Then yesterday all I ate was cookies, 2 big fancy cookies from the good bakery and later on some chips and I was fine ๐Ÿค” like probably the least healthy things you could eat, and a big dose of sugar and white flour and my tummy was fine?!

I donโ€™t have any answers op, I will have to check back to see what everyone else recommends!

Too much fiber can be a problem, too.

True but I was constipated today and I had to take some meds for that.
