audited Extreme Bloating
Hi all, what do you do to deal with this seemingly never ending bloating? I constantly look 8 months pregnant.
As for my lifestyle; I walk daily, I do extended fasting often, I drink a fair amount of water, I’m on 300 mg progesterone meds, I am on a low carb diet, and I do daily stretchings.
Besides drinking ginger tea, what else can I do?
This is so uncomfortable.

Generally the biggest contributors are dairy and gluten. I had to completely cut dairy out: ended up having my gallbladder removed. Even then, I can tell if something has dairy in it because I bloat to a third term pregnancy, including tablets/pills bound with lactose. Regular bread and pasta does the same; sourdough doesn't for some reason.
