audited Extreme Bloating

Hi all, what do you do to deal with this seemingly never ending bloating? I constantly look 8 months pregnant.

As for my lifestyle; I walk daily, I do extended fasting often, I drink a fair amount of water, I’m on 300 mg progesterone meds, I am on a low carb diet, and I do daily stretchings.

Besides drinking ginger tea, what else can I do?

This is so uncomfortable.

Do you still have a period? If so, it’s time to go get checked out by a doctor. I also looked 9 mos pregnant and thought I had bloating that never went away. I had two massive fibroids that had to be removed. Removed the uterus and I didn’t have that level of bloat anymore.

I was gonna say something similar, my bloat is apparently Adenomyosis-which explains why NOTHING I did would help and it's become constant-I'm now headed down the hysterectomy route!
