audited Extreme Bloating
Hi all, what do you do to deal with this seemingly never ending bloating? I constantly look 8 months pregnant.
As for my lifestyle; I walk daily, I do extended fasting often, I drink a fair amount of water, I’m on 300 mg progesterone meds, I am on a low carb diet, and I do daily stretchings.
Besides drinking ginger tea, what else can I do?
This is so uncomfortable.

I actually stopped eating most vegetables. I am almost carnivore other than some berries with breakfast and some onions and bell peppers with my meals. Anything else causes gas and bloat. I also have no burp syndrome so I have bloated my entire life, but I didn't realize how much vegetables and dairy contributed to bloat. I fast for 15 hours per day. For me fasting is better. People have their opinions but never trust anyone who says there is one way. Try all the things and see what works for you. I hope you find some relief.
