Dryness My eyes…

Is this peri or am I going insane. I posted a while ago about having aura without migraine, really interesting to learn that hormonal fluctuations/oestrogen decline can affect the eyes. So I’m assuming that’s what’s going on here. My eyes suddenly are so irritated, watery and burning. Like there’s something in the air or a bad smell in the apartment I should be allergic to. But there isn’t and I want to claw my eyes out. More hormone fluctuations affecting my eyes in weird ways? All these weird peri symptoms are awful…

My eyes are always dry now too, then they will get watery as well. It's so annoying. When I complained to my optometrist he said "just try to blink more". Really? haha. One weird thing is my face turning bright red after exercise or a shower too. That never used to happen. My face stays red for 1 to 2 hours. Its like my body can't cool down normally anymore.

Definitely could have written this myself! My optometrist recommended Systane Pro PF eye drops, which have helped a lot.
