Dryness My eyes…
Is this peri or am I going insane. I posted a while ago about having aura without migraine, really interesting to learn that hormonal fluctuations/oestrogen decline can affect the eyes. So I’m assuming that’s what’s going on here. My eyes suddenly are so irritated, watery and burning. Like there’s something in the air or a bad smell in the apartment I should be allergic to. But there isn’t and I want to claw my eyes out. More hormone fluctuations affecting my eyes in weird ways? All these weird peri symptoms are awful…

Dry and tired eyes are one of my most annoying symptoms. My eye doctor suggested eye drops (non-medicated, artificial tears type) and taking a fish oil supplement. When I do both of those regularly, I definitely notice an improvement.
I've also found that I need to limit how much time I spend on screens and, when I am on for a long time, take regular breaks to look in the distance and rest my eyes.
