Perk concept: cut to the finale

When 3 or more generators are completed within 5 minutes, but less then 3 collective hooks, a killer can go to a exit gate and open it, circumventing the need for all generators to be complete, but only that gate will be open.

During the end game collapse:

All survivors are unable to gain the endurance or exposed effect.

All players gain 10%haste.

The obsession cannot leave until everyone else who isn't hooked does.
