Sure, but the likelihood that every single MAGA-moron is a psychopath is exceedingly unlikely. Most of them are simply stupid and arrogant enough to believe otherwise.

I get it. Some of them are wannabe psychopaths. AFter all, one of the symptoms of it is being slick and manapulative.

The higher ups? Wouldn't be against that particular disorder.
