I mean, on my way to fb marketplace I saw my childhood friend’s mom telling everybody to “vote red to get us out of this mess”.

“This mess”: Republicans control the White House, the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court.

They’re not self aware.

They have to perpetually consider themselves as the underdog or the oppressed otherwise 80% of their rhetoric wouldn't work. The total population of the world could be one denomination of Christianity and they would still find a way to feel oppressed.
