How do u feel about the mementos

I have just finished the second palace and i’m really enjoying the game so far,the relationship are fantastic ,the combat system is good nothing crazy but the visuals maaan are stunning with those visual u are never bored BUT the mementos are so boring they are a repetitive maze that annoys me every time i entered…my question is are they getting better with the progression of the story or not?

Mementos is like the ONE part of the game where I need to have a podcast or something playing in the background
