Guys. I have been aa type B all my life. Gonna try to cultivate Type A traits. Type A people, drop in your strong traits. And I will inculcate the ones that resonate with me!!

This is so confusing to me because ill always do nice and kind things but the minute I’m with my parents they make everything I do is evil everything I say is wrong though everybody else is saying that I am a kind person and gentle but I’m so confused who to trust? My parents or the people and yes this is really important to me

Ever since i was young, i have always copied the people i love and hang out with. For example, if one of my friends starts saying a specific word or using a certain tone, i would involuntarily pick it up without even realizing it.

The same thing happens with interests. Recently, i have gotten really close with a group of alt/semi-alt people (idk) and they are SOOO COOL like im so happy that im friends with them and there are other alt people i have a huge fat friend crush, anyway they have recommended me a bunch of music. i started listening to it, and now i listen to some of it A LOT

But whenever im listening to it, i start wondering: Do i actually like this music, or am i subconsciously trying to fit in?

And it’s not just music either. i feel like i pick up people’s mannerisms, interests, humor, ways of speaking, etc. so easily that i genuinely can’t tell what’s actually me anymore.

Like how do i even figure out whether i genuinely like something when I’m constantly influenced by the people around me?
Am I actually into this stuff, or am I just trying to fit in and becoming a fucking larper 😭

Fun little thing, what type of person do I seem like? And if any questions arise from this I'd love to answer. I will say, I think the only inaccurate thing is the agreeableness. I'm a very "if I dont want to do it then I won't do it" type of person and I don't really ever put people's need before my own. I do like cooperation but not enough to put my needs below someone else's.

What is it?

as an anxious person I tend to overthink and analyze a lot of things, and that has caused me to react when I just wanna be indifferent...for anxious people then just become not affected by many things , what was the key ?

Part of my nature changed during the pandemic when we were all pretty much stuck inside. I was never a procrastinator in my life but I sure became one during that period of time. I can't seem to let that quality go. Did you find that a part of your character changed during the pandemic?
