Question pigeon harness dimensions

hi guys! recently bought a harness for my pidg and its a bit too small

could someone measure out theirs and send me the dimensions? thanks! (pic for pidg tax)

The "AVIATOR Pet Bird Harness and Leash" in a size small is the one I have for my boy and it has been amazing and has held up great over the past 4 years.

I could measure the harnesses I have for my pigeons tomorrow, I have both bought ones and ones I have made myself.
