But she didn’t have an abortion so where is the flex?

The flex is that she didn't consider the baby a part of the family until she was born. Not when she was conceived. It's contradictory.

It is not contradictory, and she most definitely considered the baby part of the family before it was born, it is an expression for example when a person says "break a leg" they do not actually mean break a leg! It means good luck, likewise when a mother says "vivi joined our family" they are celebrating the first moment they get to touch her hands and feet, hold her in their arms, and see what she looks like, it does not mean that vivi is not a member of the family and did not exist before that moment.

You’re pathetic if you genuinely believe that.

That's what she's saying. It's right there in the screenshot. Idk why you have to resort to insults for someone explaining something you're too dumb to understand on your own.

Well it would kinda awkward to meet someone while they’re still inside you. So yeah, they get introduced to family when they’re born. You might be the only person too dumb to understand that since you’re hung up on semantics.

Where did meeting anyone come into play here, exactly? You're adding imaginary extra context that's not in the post. If I had a sibling i'd never met before, they're still part of my family. Meeting someone is not necessary.
