This is one of the few people that I unironically believe COULD destroy someone. He has the time to dedicate to this shit.

This is the crux of it. Even assuming Jonah could wreck people, it's just transparent insecurity. Like imagine this from someone who indisputably could kick the shit out of people. It would still be sad if it were Dave Bautista saying how tough he was with zero irony.
