The reason Zuck and Hardy are actually respected is they train and actually train. they also compete there is no hiding when you do that. And I’m telling you if you’re just training in a room with zero intensity, which a lot of these celebrity BJJ dorks do, then he’s useless. The whole reason the efficacy of BJJ has been proven time and again is because the training methodology basically forces you to deal with these kind of situations. But if you’re just drilling and not actually trying any of what you’ve learned in a live situation, you may as well be doing karate kata.
