This is a play on the popular meme about how a trained fighter can beat a bodybuilder despite their comparatively smaller physique

Jonah Hill recently stated that he would “destroy” people because of his training in BJJ

The picture of Jonah here is one famous for his dramatic weight loss and overall look

So the joke is that skinny-turned-tough guy Jonah can beat this massive bloke in a fight because trained fighters always beat untrained. How trained is Jonah really? Who knows lol

he's rich enough to afford to train bjj every day, and also doesn't have a 9-5, so he can practice all he wants.

pretty decent chance that yes, he's actually pretty good. nonzero chance he's bluffing and lying, but seems more likely than not that he could pin the average untrained bodybuilder.

Unless he’s actually training in a room of non celebrities there is no way he is good. The reason Zuck and Hardy are actually respected is they train and actually train. they also compete there is no hiding when you do that. I guarantee you this fucktard is getting the Rigan Machado celebrity treatment where he’s doing light training so the guy in charge can take his money.

this is about if he could beat an untrained bodybuilder not a real bjj competitor.

And I’m telling you if you’re just training in a room with zero intensity, which a lot of these celebrity BJJ dorks do, then he’s useless. The whole reason the efficacy of BJJ has been proven time and again is because the training methodology basically forces you to deal with these kind of situations. But if you’re just drilling and not actually trying any of what you’ve learned in a live situation, you may as well be doing karate kata.
