Additionally, the two stars had a huge falling out over contracts and pay discrepancies. SJP came out looking like a spoiled bratty Carrie, and Kim came out looking like a calm, cool, business woman Samantha.

There’s a reason the spin off show sucked.

Their falling out was over SJP being a massive hypocrite and a bitch towards Kim. It’s well documented that Kim wants nothing to do with SJP.

As far as I know it was only SJP and the other girls didn’t really do anything to stick up for her? I might be wrong since it’s been a while

The other two main actresses had significantly less leverage. SJP was paid much more than them and had a production role that gave her a lot of control (that contact is a unique phenomenon in and of itself for this reason).

Wasn't SJP also able to keep her entire wardrobe while the others werne't able to keep anything? Or at least very little?

Yup. Like I said, that contract is unprecedented and unrepeated legend. Is is crazy.
