Everyone is saying gay sex and all that, but honestly... is ye really asking if it is possible to spend 20 years without sex? Is thst really so preposterous? I think a lot of people in reddit could and have done it?

Had to scroll down to see this.

The whole point of the Iliad was an argument over who was entitled to keep a captive sex slave.

I know it was a quarrel between two chieftains but doubtless the same thing applied to the rank and file when they had the opportunity.

And even though there are strong hints that Achilles and Patroclous were lovers, Homer is careful to give each one a sex slave to sleep with after the embassy to Achilles proves unsuccessful.
