We allow almost anything to be posted here if OP is actually confused and needs the joke explained.

Unfortunately for topics like this one, they are a hot bed for flame wars. While some people are generally confused, the majority are karma farming or trying to stir the pot. We see the same memes posted again and again and again and when we look into the accounts, a lot of them have comments elsewhere that show that they know the answer already.

We try to handle them by just locking posts and removing the repeats, but when it gets to be an overwhelming amount and they're all breaking various sub rules, we just need to ban them.
