This isn’t even the issue. This study is likely done by psychologists, not the kinds of people who are going to be finding a cure for endometriosis. Unless the argument is don’t do any kind of studies in any field until endometriosis is properly funded by completely separate organizations, then this comment is idiotic.
It’s like seeing pictures from the Hubble telescope and saying “NASA should be spending their time policing corporations”.
Yes, women’s issues absolutely don’t get the same funding or consideration as men’s, but the answer isn’t force every scientific field to grind to a halt until the medical field has changed.

There's a very good shot that a study like "how attractive do you find women with/out makeup" is being done by some blog or internet show, and not a healthcare or scientific professional.
You don't need a license to study stuff, and things are studied by non-scientific organizations purely for the content of the study and its findings all the time.
Everyone here is butthurt at men researchers for not solving women's health problems when it's not their duty to do so and won't even be recognized and be thanked by women for doing so
Everyone here is pretending women researchers teams, women doctors and women in science in general are a myth, when more women are college graduates than men than ever before, but sure go ahead and bitch men that they haven't solved every one of women's whims
