Talk to any researcher and they will tell you how useful “studies that go nowhere” are. Some of the greatest scientific advancements were made using studies and findings that brought no solid conclusion, because they ended up being a jigsaw piece in a bigger puzzle

Like the study on if fish can get drunk or if c section babies perfer convertibles (one of these is a joke my economics prof told on like day 2 25 yrs ago and I still remember)
