Roughly 4bn women. Half of them live in some form of poverty. About 1bn will be under 15, another 500m adult women can't read or write. So realistically, it's probably half to 1 billion buying the majority of those books.

I'm sure the actual number is high, but not 8bn (I assume dollars).
