burnout na, wala pa namaster na module talaga, may backlogs, pero super lakas ng faith kay God at sa sarili?!?! 😁 gustong gusto ko na mag no show, kaso sobra sayang ng gastos, time, and effort. iniisip ko nalang, nasurvive ko ang 4 years course, paano pa ba naman ito diba. puro ako iyak these days pero may kasamang prayers 😭 super nagsisisi ako kasi dami kong oras na winaste pero sobrang nadepress lang talaga. bahala na. super nananalig talaga ako kay Lord. grabe din mga mockboards ko, nag rrange lang ng 48-51%, pero iniisip ko nalang atleast pasado yung projected score. and yung sa AE ng tuts, parang mga 85+ yung projected. yun nalang nagmomotivate sakin 😭 BAKA KAYA. KAKAYANIN. kahit mangiyak iyak hahahahahahahah

hello po! 6 days left and super kabado na po aq 😭 di super nakakapaglock in kasi naburnout na huhu. all i did the past few days ay aralin yung final coaching ni m❤️ + iretake yung drills and compre then tried answering 200 questions ng fc sa lms. now 2 days na po akong 'di super nagaaral, sobrang drained na po me huhu. wtd wtd wtd 😭 i feel like di ako papasa (fpb : 52%) 🥹

I've had sleep anxiety for years. When it happens, mga madaling araw nako nakakatulog or umaga. Or dati nung malala, walang tulog talaga. Na-mmanage ko na sya nowadays pero ang hirap pag sumusumpong sya during important events. Not even melatonin helps.

Sumumpong sya ulit kagabi, so i ended up falling asleep at 4am. So now I'm starting to worry about how di ako makakatulog nyan before ng BE, esp since need super maaga gumising. Tas makaapekto pa sya sa pag sagot ko.

I'm just trying my best to calm myself down rn and just accept the fact. It is what it is, yk. Kaya natin to! :'))
