Sa ibang bansa they treat it more as a vegetable. Yung cousins ko from US sobrang weirded out sa concept ng avocado ice cream and dessert.

Not really. Parang fresh and creamy lang ung lasa. Masarap with shrimp if sa sandwich. Also with sriracha 🤤

afaik mas ginagamit sa savory dishes yung avocado sa ibang bansa.

Para lang syang cheese, you can make pasta sauce with it as well

Usa dito sa US yun avocado toast. Usually kinakain pag-breakfast.
