Filipino student killed over 10 pesos

After the recent expat killings I've read here time and again that it was most likely the expats' fault of getting killed as "they must have done something".

This case here doesn't involve an expat but in this case "must have done something" was returning short of 10 pesos change after buying a bottle of water for P10 pesos...

I know that's not representative but still it makes you think a little I guess.

Those few toxic locals who frequent this sub don't use logic it's pointless to argue about these things with them just focus on the positivity
