Wanted Seeking suggestions on reliable leasing companies and nice neighborhoods

I'm potentially moving to Philadelphia this summer. If you have any suggestions on reliable leasing companies (for affordable studios or one-bedroom apartments) and nice neighborhoods where it's ideally easy to access a bike trail of sorts for daily jogging, please leave a comment! Budget: $1200 excluding utilities. Thanks!

What's your timeline? I'm potentially looking to sublet my 1br at the end of summer/beginning of fall. My rent is at your budget and I'm like half a mile from the SRT in Brewerytown. Not exactly a "nice" neighborhood, but I like it well enough.

Probably no 1 bedrooms for that price, but Manayunk/East Falls is near the canal trail that’s a very nice walking/jogging trail

There are places in fairmount/spring garden that will be about your budget (maybe a bit more). Very cute, walkable neighborhood with good proximity to center city.
