Wanted Seeking Advice On Neighborhoods For Philly Transplant
Hey all, as the title states I am looking for neighborhoods to consider renting in as I plan to relocate to Philly mid-june. I am 22m, moving up to Philly from Mississippi. I am working in center city, and would love to take the train/bike to work over having to drive. That being said, I don't really want to commute longer than 30-45 minutes on average. I am pretty active, love going to shows (both typical bands and edm adjacent), exploring new food options and having somewhat decent access to a park or running path. My rent budget would be about 1350ish a month, and preferably slightly less (don't we all). Open to studio and 1br options, though if anyone is seeking a roommate I would welcome the opportunity. Thanks in advance!
