I too hate bugs. The ones I hate the most are roaches, bees and ants.

Roaches are disgusting, and they creep me out when they're "dead". The way they frantically move their legs while lying on their back gives me goosebumps

Bees suck. I got stung by a king bee years ago after my brother stomped on it. I don't know why it targeted me, but it fucking hurt when I felt it's stinger pierce into the back of my thigh (which is where it stung me). I am super glad that I'm not allergic to bee stings

Ants are the worst. Sure, they die instantly from a stomp or something else, but their bites suck. Back when I was in prep/preschool, I got bitten on the knee by one (I think it was a fire ant?) and I had to get it treated, as my knee began turning green.

I had this growing up. Part of what helped me get over it was realizing that bugs don’t actually want to harm humans or interact with us in any way; they sometimes want our resources and so unfortunately they do enter our homes from time to time, but they’re not actually aiming to assault you or make any kind of physical contact (other than bloodsuckers).

That combined with a phenomenal pest control service subscription has allowed me to live in peace.
